Key Responsibilities:
Collect daily productivity and work comple on details received from branch and field teams.
Enter attendance details in the respective Excel sheets.
Maintain material movement records accurately.
Enter expense-related data and other operational information in Excel.
Read and understand information shared through WhatsApp and convert it into proper data entries.
Coordinate with field staff or branch teams in case of missing or unclear information.
Ensure data is entered correctly, neatly, and on me.
Maintain proper records for future reference and reporting.
Support the management and operations team in preparing basic reports whenever required.
Required Skills:
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good typing speed and attention on to detail.
Ability to understand WhatsApp messages and enter data accurately.
