• Accurately enter and update data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets

• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any identified

• Maintain records of activities and tasks completed

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Sort and organize paperwork and documents before data entry

• Ensure data security and confidentiality policies are followed

• Generate reports and assist in documentation as required

• Support other administrative duties assigned by the management

• Good Knowledge of Telly, Advance Excel

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
