Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records. The candidate should have good Excel skills, attention to detail and preferably experience in the apparel/garment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update daily inward and outward stock transactions.
Update stock movement in ERP/software and Excel.
Prepare inward, outward, transfer and dispatch reports.
Verify physical stock details against system records.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Maintain proper documentation and filing.
Prepare daily inventory and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Sales and Accounts teams.
Support stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
Handle urgent data updates accurately during high-workload situations.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of ERP/warehouse software.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Apparel/garment warehouse experience preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
