Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all computer systems and terminals.
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Coordinate with the IT department to resolve hardware or software problems.
Keep a log of all technical issues and their resolutions.
Update and manage database records.

Qualifications:
