Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team at Gravity Faucets Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. • Key Responsibilities:

·        Enter procurement, purchase, and sales data in Tally Prime.

·        Maintain billing and voucher entries including customized vouchers in Tally.

·        Manage inventory tracking for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

·        Generate and maintain gate passes for materials movement from Tally.

·        Record Delivery Notes, Receipt Notes, Purchase Orders, and Sales Orders.

·        Maintain inward and outward stock entries in the system.

·        Track materials movement:

·      Raw Materials → WIP → Finished Goods → Sales dispatch.

·        Maintain daily inventory statements and stock registers.

·        Perform physical stock verification and coordinate with warehouse team.

·        Send emails regarding stock status, material availability, and updates.

·        Assist in monthly stock verification and financial year audits.

·        Support accounts team with Loss & Profit data and bookkeeping entries.

·        Maintain raw materials list and reports in Excel / Google Sheets.

·        Handle Stock Journal, Rejection Inward & Outward entries in Tally.

·        Ensure proper documentation of material IN & OUT records.

• Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Tally Prime (Inventory + Accounting entries)

  • Good understanding of billing, vouchers, and stock management

  • Basic knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

  • Inventory management and stock tracking skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Good communication for coordination with store and accounts team

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
