We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator with strong Advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and databases

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required

• Prepare reports and MIS using Excel

• Handle large datasets efficiently

• Ensure data confidentiality and security

• Coordinate with team members for data-related tasks

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or similar role

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Basic Formulas)

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and computer operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines
