Job Description

Data Entry Operator is a clerical professional responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining text and numerical data into computer databases and electronic systems.

Data Entry: Transferring data from physical (paper) documents or electronic files into digital databases using keyboards or scanners.
Data Verification: Reviewing, correcting, and updating existing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
System Maintenance: Performing regular, routine maintenance of database records, including sorting and filing.
Reporting: Generating, storing, and exporting data reports or spreadsheets as required.
Confidentiality: Maintaining strict security protocols for sensitive company or client information.
Troubleshooting: Resolving basic, day-to-day computer, software, or file processing errors.

System Backups: Performing regular data backups to prevent loss of sensitive data according to safety protocols.
Administrative Support: Managing secondary tasks like photocopying, Assist to Sales Team, printing forms, and generating basic reports.

Key Skills:

Typing Speed and Accuracy: Typing Speed- 40 to 45 words per minutes Good command on MS-Office.
