Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be accurate, reliable, and enthusiastic about contributing to data management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and correctness

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

• Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry

• Generate basic reports as needed

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data input

• Meet daily/weekly targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM with high accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Basic understanding of data privacy principles

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in tasks assigned

Preferred Attributes:

• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (preferred but not required)
