Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate (Textile) with prior experiencein accurately managing product, inventory, and order-related data. The role requires precision, basic textile knowledge, and the ability to work with large datasets while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter and update textile product data (fabric details, designs, colors, sizes, pricing) into the system

· Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and purchase orders

· Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies or errors

· Coordinate with the textile, merchandising, and warehouse teams for data validation

· Upload product images, descriptions, and specifications as required

· Prepare basic reports related to inventory, orders, and product listings

· Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company standards

· Support audits and internal data checks when required

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream .

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry associate

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data sorting, filters)

• Basic understanding of textile terms, fabrics, and processes (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
