Role Summary:
The Data Entry Associate (Book Feeder) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing book-related information into the company’s database and online platforms. The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency in handling large volumes of data related to books, including titles, descriptions, author details, pricing, and other metadata.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update book data, including title, author, publisher, ISBN, category, and pricing.
Upload and organize product images, descriptions, and specifications as per company standards.
Verify accuracy of entered data by cross-checking with source materials and existing records.
Maintain data quality and consistency across all platforms.
Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information.
Assist in maintaining a structured and updated digital database of books.
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience/Skills
Typing speed and accuracy.
Candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
1-3 years of experience shall be preferable.
