Key Responsibilities
Enter and update shipment, dispatch, delivery, and inventory data into ERP/software systems.
Maintain accurate records of consignments, invoices, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and transport documents.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Generate reports related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams for data verification.
Scan, file, and maintain physical and digital records.
Resolve discrepancies in data and update records as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Support administrative and operational activities as assigned.
Required Skills
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
