Eagle Pack is looking for a smart, reliable, and computer-savvy Data Entry & Office Assistant to support daily operations and assist the Director. This is a great opportunity for a fresher (BBA/MBA or similar background) to gain exposure in both administrative and basic finance functions. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable handling multitasking roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Assistance & Admin Support
Support the Director with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and office upkeep
Communicate with vendors and help manage office supplies
Assist in onboarding processes and help with team coordination
Help in creating internal reports and maintaining schedules
Suggest improvements to internal systems and support overall office efficiency
Data Entry & Finance Support
Enter day-to-day data in Tally (ERP/Prime) and Excel
Help maintain financial records, bills, invoices, and compliance documents
Assist in basic finance documentation and internal coordination
Generate simple reports and support finance-related tasks under guidance
Candidate Profile:
Freshers welcome – BBA/MBA/Graduate with good computer knowledge
Basic knowledge of accounts and Tally is enough – training can be provided
Good with MS Excel, Word, Email, and general online tools
Female candidates preferred, especially those living near Sector 5, Noida
Owning a laptop is preferred
Bonus: Experience in college placement cell or similar leadership experience
