Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Selection Process: 2 Round of Interview(F2F Interview+Machine Test)

Job Description:  Data Entry Executive-Back Office will be responsible for data management by creating reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights for decision-making. Proficiency in Advanced Excel is a must!

Role & responsibilities

• Do the back office work.

• Maintain and update sales, operations, and performance data.

• Create dashboards and trackers using MS Excel.

• Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to management.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• 1+ years of experience in MIS or reporting roles.

• Experience in sales or operations MIS preferred.
