₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Salary may be higher based on knowledge, skills, and interview performance.)

Job Description

DISTIL Education is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily Excel work, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry and maintain records in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with clients through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate databases and trackers.
Verify and update operational data.
Prepare reports and dashboards as required.
Follow up with clients for pending information.
Support the Operations Team with routine tasks.
Ensure timely and error-free data management.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts, Data Validation, etc.)
Strong MIS reporting skills.
Good English verbal and written communication.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Operations.
Freshers with excellent Excel knowledge are welcome to apply.
