Hiring: Survey Operations & Quality Management Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented person to manage online survey operations, ensure data quality, and handle day-to-day survey-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor online survey projects

Coordinate survey completes and panel activity

Maintain high-quality data standards

Track quotas, responses, and project progress

Identify and prevent fraudulent or low-quality responses

Handle survey operations and reporting work

Communicate with internal teams regarding project updates

Requirements:

Good understanding of online surveys/research projects

Strong attention to detail

Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Ability to manage data efficiently

Good communication skills

Experience in market research/survey operations is preferred
