Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is accurate and timely data entry, data management, and maintaining records using Microsoft Excel and other internal systems. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and basic knowledge of Excel functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Use Microsoft Excel to manage, organize, and analyze data.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries.
Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Generate routine reports as required by management.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Coordinate with other departments for data collection and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables is a plus).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
