Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer, order, and product details into company databases and CRM systems.

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors before entering into the system.

• Manage and maintain records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

• Coordinate with the US support team to resolve data-related queries.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation support for US operations.

Requirements-

• proven experience in data entry or administrative support (experience with US clients is a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM software.

• Strong typing speed with high accuracy.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
