We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive who has experience in billing operations using Tally ERP, Busy Software, or any other billing/accounting software. The candidate must possess strong MS Excel skills and be capable of handling invoicing, data management, and billing-related documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Prepare billing documents using Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or other accounting software.
Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.
Reconcile invoices with sales orders, dispatch records, and customer requirements.
Handle debit notes, credit notes, and billing adjustments.
