  Job Summary

  Perform accurate data entry, maintain and verify digital records, support administrative tasks, and ensure data integrity across systems.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter alphanumeric data from various documents into databases or software

  • Verify, sort, and review data for errors, correct inconsistencies

  • Generate reports and maintain backups of completed work

  • Scan/print documents and respond to internal data-related queries

  • Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and company policies
    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: 12th pass, some roles specify graduate level; technical certifications/ITI may be a plus

    • Experience: Fresher to 2+ years, depending on branch location

    • Typing speed: ~30+ WPM, strong accuracy in text and numeric

    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry software, scanners/printers; basic

    • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organization, ability to handle repetitive work, good communication (basic English)
