Data Entry Operator

Key Purpose of the Role

The SAP B1 Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurate and timely entry of data into the SAP Business One system on a daily basis, ensuring smooth functioning of operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular data entry tasks in SAP Business One (B1).

• Enter sales, purchase, inventory, and production data accurately.

• Verify and cross-check data before final submission.

• Maintain data integrity and ensure error-free reporting.

• Generate SAP reports as required by management.

• Coordinate with different departments for data updates and corrections.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Education

Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, IT, or related field

Experience

3–5 years of experience in SAP B1 Data Entry

Technical Skills

Knowledge of SAP Business One (B1), MS Excel, Data Management

Soft Skills

Attention to detail, accuracy, time management

Personal Traits

Reliable, process-oriented, disciplined
