Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our growing YouTube channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing and entering data related to video content, analytics, and channel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata in YouTube Studio.

• Maintain organized spreadsheets and databases for video content, audience engagement, and performance metrics.

• Monitor and record analytics data, including views, watch time, likes, comments, and subscriber growth.

• Assist in creating captions, transcriptions, or subtitles for videos when required.

• Support the team in managing playlists, scheduling uploads, and optimizing content for SEO.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data entered, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.

• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and social media teams to track and report on performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in digital media or content management.

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of SEO, YouTube algorithms, and social media metrics is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
