Position: Data Entry Operator – Quality & Warehouse Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and control quality-

related activities at the warehouse. The role involves recording finished good batch

results in SAP, preparing COA (Certificate of Analysis), managing toller samples,

maintaining process orders, and updating records in Excel sheets.

Main Accountabilities:

 Record results of finished good batches in SAP.

 Maintain COA received from toller.

 Prepare COA for finished good batches using SAP.

 Maintain process orders in files and update records in Excel sheets.

 Maintain lab-retained samples of toller batches in SAP.

 Retrieve process orders/samples as and when required.

Qualifications:

 Graduate.

 Proficiency in MS Excel.

 Basic knowledge of SAP operations.

Interfaces:

 Toller

 Warehouse (WH) Team
