Key Responsibilities

·        Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.

·        Organize and categorize information for easy retrieval and reporting.

·        Assist in creating and formatting documents using MS Word.

·        Support the team in bulk emailing campaigns (training will be provided).

·        Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.

·        Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

·        Basic proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, formatting) and MS Word.

·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

·        Good organizational and time-management skills.

·        Ability to work independently and follow instructions..
