  • Outbound Calling: Dial numbers and make cold or warm calls to potential customers using provided lead lists and scripts.

  • Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or wanting to resolve issues.

  • Pitching & Persuasion: Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly while persuading prospects to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, screen prospects, and transfer qualified leads to the core sales team.

  • Database Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details accurately, and manage data in the company’s CRM software.

  • Follow-ups: conduct timely follow-up calls with active leads to nurture the sales pipeline.
