Job description:

We are hiring 20 male/female candidates for data entry and live customer chat support roles. The work primarily involves copy-paste tasks, managing online records, and assisting customers through live chat. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and have good typing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and copy-paste operations
Respond promptly to customer queries via live chat
Maintain and update internal records regularly
Ensure timely completion of daily assigned tasks
Coordinate with the team leader to meet quality and productivity targets

Requirements:

Male candidates only
Basic computer and typing knowledge
Good written English communication
Punctual and disciplined with time management
Prior data entry or chat support experience preferred but not mandatory

Job Details:

Shift Timing: Rotational (Morning , Evening, Night)
Work Days: 6 days per week (Alternate saturdays are off)
Shift Duration: 9 hours per day
Salary: upto ₹14,000 per month
