## Job Summary:
The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, and assets. The role requires proficiency in operating CCTV systems, maintaining records, preparing reports, and utilizing SAP and computer applications for data management and operational support.
## Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to identify and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Maintain surveillance records and prepare incident reports as required.
• Coordinate with security personnel and management regarding any security-related concerns.
• Retrieve, review, and archive CCTV footage when required for investigations or audits.
• Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation related to surveillance activities.
• Utilize SAP software for data entry, report generation, attendance monitoring, inventory tracking, or other assigned operational tasks.
• Operate MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of surveillance data.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and compliance requirements.
## Required Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification in Computer Applications will be preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems and security procedures.
• Working knowledge of SAP software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other computer applications.
## Required Skills:
• Good computer operating skills.
• SAP data entry and reporting knowledge.
• Strong observation and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of CCTV systems.
## Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Operator, or similar role.
• Freshers with strong computer and SAP knowledge may also be considered.
## Working Conditions:
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Continuous monitoring of surveillance screens.
• Ability to respond promptly to security incidents.
