Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in Hazratganj, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases

• Maintain accurate records and files (digital and physical)

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required

• Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues

• Follow company policies and data management procedures

• Handle confidential information responsibly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream preferred)

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred)

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data management software or ERP systems

• Basic knowledge of email handling and internet usage

• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
