We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong Excel expertise to support business operations at a leading global healthcare company.
The role involves maintaining and analyzing data using advanced Excel functions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
This is a contract-based position for one year, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain large datasets in Excel.
Prepare and manage Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards to support various business functions.
Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, and basic Macros for data analysis and reporting automation.
Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate regular MIS reports and performance summaries for internal teams.
Collaborate with different departments to understand and fulfill data and reporting requirements.
Identify discrepancies in data and assist in resolving them efficiently.
1–3 years of experience in data entry or reporting roles with hands-on Excel proficiency.
Strong command over Excel functions, data handling, and report automation.
Familiarity with Power Query and basic VBA/Macros is an added advantage.
High attention to detail, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional work environment.
