Job Offer: Data Entry Operator with GATI Software Knowledge

Lucky Jewellery is hiring a Data Entry Operator for our branch at Charni Road, Mumbai. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to manage our daily data logs, transactions, and inventory records using specialized software.

Job Description (JD)

• Position: Data Entry Operator

• Company: Lucky Jewellery

• Location: Charni Road, Mumbai (On-site)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience)

• Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

• Preferences: Male candidates with good communication skills in English are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Management: Accurately enter, update, and process billing, shipping, or inventory data using GATI Software.

• Data & Accounting Entries: Record daily financial transactions and vouchers using Tally.

• Report Generation: Create and maintain weekly/monthly tracking reports using MS Excel and Word.

• Documentation: Verify data accuracy by comparing it with source documents (invoices, receipts, order forms).

• Office Support: Assist in general administrative and backend clerical office tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Standard (HSC) pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GATI Software is essential. Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally ERP/Prime.

• Speed & Accuracy: High typing speed with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

• Communication: Good written and verbal command over the English language.
