We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to join our Export Operations team. The role involves processing and verifying Bill of Lading (BOL) documents, validating shipment information, conducting compliance checks, and coordinating through email and chat to ensure accurate export documentation for international shipments originating from Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
Extract, verify, and update shipment-related information.
Validate HS Codes, vessel details, consignee information, and freight terms.
Classify goods and identify restricted or prohibited items.
Perform compliance and documentation checks.
Handle customer queries and clarification requests through email and chat.
Track pending cases and follow up for missing information.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Prioritize critical shipments and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and web-based applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in back-office operations, documentation, logistics, or customer support is preferred.
Basic knowledge of export/import documentation and Bill of Lading processes is an advantage.
