The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by managing administrative and operational tasks. This role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
Prepare, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Assist in handling employee attendance, payroll data, and HR coordination.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email or phone.
Support the front office and management with accurate data and reports.
Manage and track office supplies and logistics.
Perform data entry, documentation, and filing tasks accurately.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and client data.
Handle administrative queries and resolve issues in coordination with concerned teams.
Generate reports and present them to management as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
