Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company databases, records, and files accurately.

• Prepare and process reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.

• Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage email communication and respond to routine queries promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).

• Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role is desirable.

• Fresher with good knowledge of MS Office can also apply.
