Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data from various sources into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently

• Verify and correct data where necessary

• Update and maintain database information as needed

• Generate reports and extract relevant information as requested

• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times

• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or paper)

• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), data entry software, and typing

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, or document management systems

• Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy

Work Environment:

• Office-based or remote (depending on company policy)

• May involve repetitive tasks and extended periods of sitting and typing

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
