Data Entry Executive

To accurately and efficiently upload up to 100 products per day to the client’s e-commerce platform, ensuring data consistency, proper categorization, and high attention to detail. The candidate will directly coordinate with the client for daily tasks and updates.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Upload product listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories, tags, variants, etc.) as per given format.

• Validate product data (images, stock, prices) before publishing.

• Follow specific formatting or branding guidelines provided by the client.

• Communicate daily with the client to receive instructions and provide updates.

• Maintain internal logs/reporting sheets for progress tracking.

• Suggest improvements or flag any inconsistencies in the data provided.

• Coordinate with the dev team in the future for automation/data-fetch script testing.

✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in product upload or below

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Basic image editing skills (e.g., resizing, cropping).

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
