Job Description: Telecalling & Data Operations Executive
​Role Summary:
We are looking for a versatile professional to handle both customer outreach and database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential leads while ensuring that every interaction and data point is recorded with 100% accuracy in our systems.
​Key Responsibilities
​Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to identify potential customers and introduce our services.
​Real-Time Data Logging: Accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system during and after calls to ensure lead status is current.
​Database Scrubbing: Regularly review and clean existing data sets, removing duplicates and correcting outdated contact information.
​Documentation: Prepare daily reports summarizing call outcomes, conversion rates, and data entry milestones.
​Inbound Support: Handle incoming queries and route them to the appropriate department after capturing the caller's details.
​Required Skills & Qualifications
​Bilingual Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills (English and [Insert Local Language]).
​Technical Literacy: Fast and accurate typing skills (35+ WPM) and proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
​Detail Orientation: Ability to maintain high data integrity even while managing a high volume of calls.
​Resilience: A positive, "never-give-up" attitude when dealing with cold calls or repetitive data tasks.
​Education: Graduate in any stream; 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or back-office role is preferred.
