Data Entry Executive

Job Description - Production Data Entry Executive:

1. Data Entry & Management

   • Accurately enter production-related data such as job work records, saree dispatch and receipt, challans, and vendor updates into the system (Excel/ERP).

2. Daily Production Updates

   • Maintain daily production status sheets, including quantity dispatched, received, in-process, and pending.

3. Job Work Tracking

   • Record details of goods sent for dyeing, charak, embroidery, etc., and update return status from vendors.

4. Inventory Coordination

   • Assist in tracking inward and outward movement of goods and raw materials in coordination with the store/warehouse team.

5. Documentation

   • Generate and maintain physical and digital copies of challans, job work slips, invoices, and other production documents.

6. Vendor Coordination Support

   • Update vendor-wise job work records and follow up on pending returns or delays (if required by supervisor).

7. Error Checking

   • Review entries for accuracy and completeness; correct any inconsistencies in records.

8. Reporting

   • Prepare and share regular MIS reports or dashboards with production supervisors/managers.

9. System Familiarity

   • Operate basic tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and/or ERP software for data recording.

10. Team Support

• Coordinate with production helpers, supervisors, and storekeepers for real-time updates.
