Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to support our GeM (Government e-Marketplace) business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining client data, updating records, making outbound sales calls, following up with prospective clients, and assisting customers with GeM registration and bidding services.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

Enter and update customer details in CRM/Excel.
Maintain GeM client database accurately.
Upload and organize documents.
Prepare quotations and maintain records.
Verify customer information before processing.
Generate daily and weekly reports.
Maintain proper filing of client documents.

Sales Calling

Make outbound calls to potential GeM sellers and buyers.
Explain company services related to GeM.
Generate qualified leads.
Follow up with interested customers.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain call logs and update CRM after every conversation.
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
