Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate records in our database. The role involves entering, updating, and verifying data with a high level of accuracy to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.

• Retrieve data from various sources as requested.

• Prepare and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Identify and correct errors in data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Good communication skills.
