7. Managing several chat sessions at once while maintaining fast response times (usually answering within 1-2 minutes)
8. Issue Resolution: Investigating and fixing customer problems, such as tracking orders, processing returns, or explaining complex technical fixes simply
9. Record Keeping: Documenting all chat interactions accurately in the company's CRM system for future tracking and quality assurance.
10. Ensuring high customer satisfaction by acting professionally, even with frustrated or angry customers.
