Role Overview
The Data Entry and Admin Assistant will support the team with accurate data management and efficient administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow in a dynamic environment. This role requires precision, multitasking, and a proactive approach to assist in meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry:
· Accurately input, update, and maintain client, vendor, and project-related data in company systems.
· Organize and verify information such as stall specifications, floor plans, and vendor details.
· Ensure timely tracking and reporting of project-related data and updates.
2. Administrative Support:
· Handle day-to-day office administration, including correspondence and documentation.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and event documentation as needed.
· Assist with procurement and maintain records for inventory and supplies.
3. Client and Vendor Coordination:
· Act as a point of contact for gathering client requirements such as floor plans, stall dimensions, and artwork.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
· Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
4. Office Assistance:
· Support HR, finance, and other departments with documentation and administrative tasks.
· Monitor office supplies and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in the events or exhibition industry.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with data management systems or CRM tools is a plus.
