Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Operator for our Schiffli Embroidery Division who will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry of production, order, design, and inventory details. The candidate should be familiar with textile or embroidery processes and have basic knowledge of manufacturing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily production data of Schiffli embroidery machines.

• Record and monitor inward and outward fabric/challan movements.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to embroidery output.

• Coordinate with production, design, and store departments for data accuracy.

• Ensure accurate entry of design numbers, lot numbers, fabric types, and machine usage.

• Assist in documentation for quality checks and audits.

• Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the textile or embroidery industry.

• Basic understanding of Schiffli embroidery process and production workflow.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software.

• Fast and accurate typing skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and production documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Schiffli unit or textile production environment.

• Familiarity with embroidery design file naming conventions.

• Ability to handle fabric & thread tracking entries.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
