Job Summary
Smile India Trust is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to manage organizational data, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day data management activities. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the organization's systems and databases.
Maintain records, reports, spreadsheets, and other important documents.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of organizational information.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update relevant information.
Perform data verification and documentation tasks within deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage data and complete tasks within deadlines.
