Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in systems and records. The candidate should ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets

• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies

• Update existing records and maintain data accuracy

• Prepare and generate reports as required

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Manage documents, files, and digital records

• Coordinate with other departments for data requirements

• Follow company data management policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred

• Good typing speed with accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in data entry or back office work

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or database software

Work Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

• Weekly Off: 1 day (Sunday)

• Location: Office-based
