Data Entry Operator – E-commerce Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our e-commerce operations.
The role involves working with large datasets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operational reporting.
The selected candidate will be trained on our internal systems, tools, and e-commerce workflows.
Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel / Google Sheets with high accuracy
Handle large datasets related to products, inventory, pricing, and listings
Perform daily data checks to identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information
Maintain structured records as per defined formats and SOPs
Support operations team with routine data tasks and reports
Ensure data is updated within timelines and follows quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams in case of data gaps or clarifications
1–3 years experience in data entry / backend operations / MIS role
Strong working knowledge of:
MS Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
Google Sheets
Ability to work with large volumes of data without errors
High attention to detail and consistency
Basic understanding of numbers, tables, and data formats
Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-driven work
Exposure to e-commerce or online marketplace operations
Familiarity with product data, inventory records, or MIS reporting
Experience working with SOPs and structured workflows
(Training will be provided for all internal systems and e-commerce processes.)
