Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately input, manage, and maintain company data across systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems (ERP/CRM/Excel)

Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies

Maintain proper documentation and records of all entries

Prepare reports and summaries as required

Ensure data confidentiality and security

Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation

Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities

Handle bulk data uploads and formatting tasks

Required Skills

Good typing speed and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

Basic understanding of data management
