Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in Excel and computer systems. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets and internal systems
Use Excel functions such as •VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables••, and basic formulas
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and organize records, files, and reports
• Perform basic computer operations and routine data tasks
• Generate simple reports as required
• Follow data confidentiality and company guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in •MS Excel (mandatory)••
Strong knowledge of •VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas••
• Basic computer operation skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of data management
Education & Experience:
• Minimum: High School / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior experience in data entry or similar role is an advantage
