Documentation & Data Management
Maintain daily production and assembly records.
Perform data entry and generate reports using MS Excel.
Prepare and update production trackers, work orders, and status reports.
Maintain accurate records of material consumption and production output.
Ensure proper documentation of assembly activities and project records.
Record Keeping & Filing
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Manage departmental documents, drawings, checklists, and reports.
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of records for audits and management reviews.
Maintain attendance and manpower records.
Labour & Workforce Coordination
Coordinate with assembly supervisors and shop-floor teams.
Maintain labour deployment and attendance records.
Monitor daily manpower allocation and productivity data.
Assist in workforce planning and shift coordination.
Support the department in resolving routine operational issues.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and HR departments.
Track project progress and update management on assembly status.
Support department heads with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas, Data Analysis).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong documentation and record-management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in Coordination, Documentation, MIS, Operations Support, or Manufacturing Administration.
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, engineering, interior fit-outs, furniture, metal fabrication, or project-based industries will be preferred.

Experience in managing production records and workforce data.

Ability to coordinate effectively with shop-floor teams and multiple departments.
