Job Description – Data Entry Operator
For: For Valuation Vertical, Redevelopment Consultancy, Landline Property Insurance Vertical
Location: Kothrud, Pune (Near City Pride)
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream) with Computer Proficiency
Role Overview
Responsible for accurate data management, CRM updates, documentation support, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, system handling capability, and regular reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & CRM Management
Update all leads on CRM from multiple channels: Facebook, Instagram, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Google Ads, calls, WhatsApp, and email
Client Data Update from all Sources (Sales, Service team and Social Media).As (Hospital information, Personal Information)
Regular updates on Zoho platforms (CRM, Desk, People, Projects)
Complaint registration and tracking on Zoho from all sources
2. Data Maintenance & Documentation
Maintain soft copy records and structured folder system on drive
Ensure all assigned data is updated on shared drives
Installation base data entry and regular updates
Prepare documents, drafts, tenders, and routine administrative tasks
3. Coordination & Task Management
Arrange daily site and clients visits and schedules
Share required data with concerned team members
Handle additional data-related work assigned by Senior Manager or Partners
4. Employee & Asset Data Management
Maintain updated employee records (personal & official)
Track and update asset handovers
Maintain muster records, employee data, and case data
Ensure end-to-end data entry for each case
5. Reporting & Review
Daily reporting to Manager
Weekly:
oCross-check uploaded data
oEnsure drive updates
oAttend review meetings and submit reports
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple data sources
