Job Title: Junior Data Entry Executive

Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in invoice processing and packaging documentation. The candidate will support daily data entry tasks, invoice verification, packaging records management, and coordination between accounts and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update invoice details accurately in ERP/accounting systems.

• Process purchase and sales invoices under supervision.

• Verify invoice data such as quantities, pricing, GST/tax details.

• Prepare and maintain packing lists, delivery challans, and dispatch records.

• Update inventory and stock records in the system.

• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth documentation flow.

• Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of invoices and packaging documents.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies in billing and shipment details.

• Generate basic reports in MS Excel as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of invoice processing and billing procedures.

• Familiarity with packaging documentation and dispatch processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Basic knowledge of ERP or accounting software (Tally/SAP/other systems preferred).

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
