Job Title: Data Entry Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and MIS reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
Organize and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Generate reports and summaries using Excel functions and formulas.
Required Skills:
experience in Data Entry, Data Management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including:
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF Functions
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Basic MIS Reporting
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional certification in Advanced Excel will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling large datasets with accuracy. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of data accuracy. Candidates with experience in report generation, data analysis, and Excel-based reporting will be given preference.
